Bixolon Printer SRP 330

Bixolon Printer SRP 330 - Reliable Receipt Printing for Point-of-Sale Counters

The Bixolon SRP-330 is a thermal receipt printer from Bixolon's SRP range, built for point-of-sale counters where every transaction needs a printed slip. It suits shops, restaurants, pharmacies and service desks that need a dedicated, dependable printer beside the till. Thermal printing uses no ink or ribbon, so the only consumable is paper rolls. S-Tech can confirm the interface and paper width for your POS system before you order.

Low Running Costs at the Till

Because thermal printers do not use ink or ribbons, running costs are limited to paper rolls, and there are no cartridges to run out during a busy shift. This keeps queues moving and makes the SRP-330 a cost-effective choice for high-transaction counters.

Who Should Buy This Product?

Perfect for: Retail shops and supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, pharmacies, ticket counters and any business issuing printed receipts. It is also a straightforward replacement for an existing Bixolon printer, helping you keep the same setup your staff already know. Busy venues such as cafes during the morning rush or supermarkets on weekends need a printer that keeps pace with the till, and a receipt printer dedicated to each counter avoids queues forming at a shared device.

Why Choose the Bixolon SRP-330?

• Thermal printing with no ink or ribbon to replace
• Designed for everyday point-of-sale use
• Recognised brand in receipt printing
• Interface and paper details confirmed by S-Tech

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will the SRP-330 work with my POS software?
A: Compatibility depends on your software and operating system. Share your POS details with us and we will confirm before you order.

Q: Which connection type does it use?
A: Interface details are available on request, so you receive the right unit for your computer or POS terminal. Common options on receipt printers include USB, serial and Ethernet, so it is worth telling us what your POS terminal supports.

Q: What paper rolls do I need?
A: It uses thermal paper rolls. Our team will confirm the correct roll width and can advise on suitable stock to keep at each counter.

Q: Thermal vs impact receipt printer: what is the difference?
A: Thermal printers create text with heat on special paper, so they are quieter and need no ribbon. Impact printers use a ribbon and are usually chosen only where multi-part paper is required, such as some kitchen orders.
